Heather Andring
Associate Director of On-Campus Programs
Heather will be working with reunion classes (20th, 25th, 30th & 35th reunions), focusing on young alumni programming, serving as a liaison to the Mellon College of Science, coordinate Carnival programming and assist with student programs.
Mara Barker
Director of Regional Programs
Our alumni chapters are critical voices and advocates for Carnegie Mellon University, and Mara oversees the national and international alumni chapter program.
Dan Barnett
Associate Director of On-Campus Programs
Dan serves as the liaison for student programming and young alumni. He coordinates the 1st and 5th reunion, and also works with alumni interest groups. Additionally, he serves as the advisor for Alumni Relations Student Advisory Council (ARSAC), and is the liaison to both Student Affairs and Admissions.
Laurel Bosshart
Assistant Director of On-Campus Communications
Laurel manages class communications, including electronic and/or print newsletters and writing/editing of class news for Carnegie Mellon Today (print and online). Laurel also is responsible for the creation of materials for class programs, particularly Reunion, Homecoming and Spring Carnival.
Céline Carraux
Assistant to the Associate Vice President and Director
Céline works closely with the Alumni Association Board of Directors. She manages alumni relations budgets and provides support for the Associate Vice President.
Carol Clark
Administrative Associate, On-Campus
Carol manages the part-time student staff, supports the class programs team and manages budgets. She also works with Homecoming and Spring Carnival programs.
Judith M. (Judy) Cole
Associate Vice President for University Advancement and Director of Alumni Relations
Judy manages the overall operations of the Alumni Association and works closely with the staff and the Alumni Association Board of Directors to develop and oversee all aspects of alumni relations programming at the university. She also works closely with colleagues throughout the advancement division and the university as a whole to ensure that alumni participation and concerns are considered through the university's advancement efforts.
Jessica Coury
Assistant Director of Regional Programs
Jessica serves as a liaison to numerous regional alumni chapters including: Austin, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, and Rochester. Jessica consults with chapter leadership to plan events, recruit volunteers, and acts as a conduit to the university.
Lynn DeFabio
Director of Volunteer Management
Lynn works with colleagues across campus to develop strategies associated with volunteer recruitment, training and recognition, and oversees the Alumni Awards program and Volunteer Weekend.
Melinda Droulia
Administrative Associate
Lindie in our front-line communication person for the Alumni Relations office. She supports the Director of Volunteer Management and the Director of Strategic Planning and Operations with event planning, the on-line community, and manages alumni relations budgets.
Martina (Tina) Jacobs
Associate Director of College and School Relations
Tina works to build stronger collaboration with alumni relations at the college level. She also is the Director of Alumni Relations for the Heinz School.
Christian Krohn
Director of Strategic Planning and Operations
Christian manages financial operations, data collection and analysis, as well as strategic planning for the office. He also assists in strategic development of online services.
Sarah McMullen
Assistant Director of On-Campus Programs
Sarah coordinates reunion programming for the 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th and Platinum class reunions.
Terry Rosenberger
Assistant Director of Regional Programs
As liaison to several regional alumni chapters, Terry consults with chapter leadership to plan events, recruit volunteers, and act as a conduit to the university.
Timothy Seidel
Assistant Director of Electronic Outreach
Tim manages the online community and the Web site to keep alumni around the world connected to their alma mater.
Jahna Steiner
Assistant Director of On-Campus Programs
Jahna coordinates reunion programming for the 10th through 30th class reunions, as well as family and legacy programs.
