Honoring the Class of 2013

Carnegie Mellon welcomed its newest alumni at the university's 116th Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Alumnus Aron Ralston (E'97), who saved his own life while trapped in a Utah canyon, and CMU President Jared L. Cohon, who is stepping down on June 30, gave keynote addresses. The student speaker at this year's commencement was Brian Groudan (DC'12).
