Carnival is one of THE quintessential CMU traditions, and we hope you plan to return to celebrate on Morewood Parking Lot (one more time!)! I mean, where else can you find Booth, Buggy, Mobots, and S'n'S shows (among the many other events) in one location?

Check out the bullets below for more information, and email us if you would like to contact classmates or friends from organizations to returnwe would LOVE your help in spreading the word about Carnival 2015!

Plan ahead! Registration opens in February, until then:

  • Tell us you're Hoping to Come and check out the some events being planned (remember: lots more to come!)
  • Share Carnival photos on our Facebook page using #CMUcarnival
  • Spread the word about what's new in 2015:
    • Buggy 95th Event Track: Specialized events for this milestone!
    • CMU Crowdfunding: Help students raise funds for their university related projects- visit the site!
    • Green is the New Plaid: The Alumni Association is going green - learn how we're participating in the Scotty Goes Green program.
    • Young Alumni Exclusive Event - Steam Tunnel Tours: Admit it, you've always wondered about them.
    • Kid's Programming: Activities for children grades 3 to 5 and 6 to 8. Enjoy Carnival knowing that your kids are with the experienced staff of the Leonard Gelfand Center for Service Learning and Outreach. Email Ryan Freytag for more information.
