NY - Alumni Dinner with CMU Robot Romibo

Event Description - NY - Alumni Dinner with CMU Robot Romibo
Maker Faire New York is a "family-friendly festival of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness," and will feature diverse displays of technology, craft, science, fashion, art, and food. Aubrey Shick, a Design Researcher at the Carnegie Mellon University Robotics Institute's Quality of Life Technology Center, will be in town for the Faire with her robot, Romibo.

The NY Metro Alumni Chapter would like to invite you to check out the Faire and then meet up with Aubrey, Romibo, and your fellow NY Metro Tartans for dinner at Park Side Restaurant. This family-friendly event is a great opportunity to learn more about the innovative work taking place at Carnegie Mellon – and to spend some time with Romibo!
