Thought Identification or Mind Reading?

Two Carnegie Mellon faculty members were featured on CBS News’ show “60 Minutes” on January 4, 2009. The story focused on their efforts to measure what happens in the brain when it interprets an image and how they are using computers to read brain scans to predict the images a person is viewing.
